It was the year Nokia lost out big time to Apple, social media was being blamed for revolutions and riots, and not forgetting the introduction of Google +, the social network that was going to be a serious competitor to Facebook - yeah, we'd forgotten about that one too. 

But 2011 was a momentous year for JamCrackers. It was the year we began trading, and solving the IT issues of businesses and organisations around Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire and beyond. 

As any business owner knows, starting out is always tough. But, with serious determination and a strong focus on customer service and support, we grew from a one man band to what JamCracker's is today - one of Bedfordshire's leading Business IT Support Service's.

With a premises in the heart of Leighton Buzzard, a team of experienced IT engineers, thousands of satisfied customers, and a network of lasting connections throughout the local business community, we still love what we do.

And because of this passion/obsession, and all the knowledge we now have of the IT industry, we thought we'd share it in a blog.

The JamCracker's Blog has everything, from the informative posts about how to protect yourself from malware, check if a website's safe or solve a laptop charging problem, to a bit of satire, and some advice you definitely DON'T want to take, on how to dry your laptop out with some sawdust and a claw hammer.

Whatever you're in the mood for, the JamCrackers Blog should have it.
